American preacher, photographer, artist, and antiquarian, Wallace Nutting (November 17, 1861 – July 19, 1941) is well known for his New England landscape photographs. In addition, he was a skilled furniture maker, lecturer, author, antiques expert, and collector. His atmospheric images influenced the Colonial Revival aesthetic.
